Soham Ghosh is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a diverse background in consulting, engineering, and project management. With a PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, he has gained exposure to a wide range of industries including ed-tech, healthcare, IT, construction, automobiles, and private equity. Prior to his MBA, Soham worked as an Engineer Trainee at HILTI in the construction industry and later transitioned to consulting at ZS Associates, where he worked with Fortune 500 pharma companies. During his MBA, he interned at Bain & Company, where he worked on two projects for two eminent clients and was awarded a PPO. Soham is currently working as a Junior Consultant at Bain & Company, where he is responsible for delivering strategic solutions to clients. He is also undertaking a part-time internship with the Strategy Team of Project Management at Unacademy, alongside finishing the last term of B-school. Beyond his professional achievements, Soham has also excelled in extracurricular activities, having shouldered massive responsibilities as General Convener of Student Activity Center at NIT Rourkela and as a Placement Committee Executive at XLRI Jamshedpur. He has also won national laurels for his school in quizzing and for his undergrad college in parliamentary debating.
