Soham Kolte is an experienced Engineer with a strong background in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction Management. With a demonstrated history of working in the industry, he is skilled in Construction Engineering, Revit, Navisworks, Primavera & MSP Software, and Civil Engineering. Soham holds a MTech - Master of Technology focused in Construction Management from Government College of Engineering, Karad. Currently, Soham is working as an Engineer Intern at Laxmi Construction Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad. Prior to this, he worked as a Hydraulic Design Engineer at Waternet Consulting Services Private Limited, where he was responsible for marking water distribution networks using Arc-GIS and Google Earth Pro, creating hydraulic models for water distribution networks in Bentley WaterGems software, optimizing the distribution network for said pressure and velocity as per CPHEEO Manual, and preparing Excel sheets for hydraulic calculations and quantity take-offs. He also worked on projects such as the design of water supply distribution systems in Bargarh, Sambalpur, Sundargarh District in Odisha State for JMC Projects at pre-tendering stage and hydraulic design of water supply distribution systems for Gona District, Uttar Pradesh State. Soham also worked at Shapoorji Pallonji - Engineering & Construction (SP E&C) as an Engineer - BIM, where he was responsible for BIM Co-ordination for Mansarovar Station, Khandedhwar Station, Khandedhwar Creek Side, Juinagar Station, Sanpada Highway Side, Sanpada Nodal Side, Taloja & Navade Site. He prepared LOD-350 Models in Revit using the GFC Drawings (Structural, Architectural, Fire Fighting And Plumbing Services), conducted clash detection using Navisworks, resolved soft clashes and sent hard clashes report to PMC consultants, discussed the clashes with the architect, PMC and consultants in weekly BIM review meetings, and prepared shop drawings / annotation / documenting from Revit to AutoCAD drawings. He also uploaded documents and maintained BIM 360 Docs Online Platform as per the BIM Execution Plan Folder structure and Naming Conventions. Soham has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from TMES's J.T.Mahajan College of Engineering, Faizpur, and a Higher Secondary Certificate in Sciences from K. M.
