Sohini De is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for learning and growth. With a degree in Computer Science and currently pursuing her MBA from IIT Bombay, she aspires to work in diverse fields of management including IT, Operations, and Finance. Sohini is a Consultant at Infosys Consulting and has worked as a Summer Intern at Synergy Consulting, where she was part of two live ongoing project opportunities. In her first project at Synergy, Sohini was involved in analyzing the requirement for a Request for Proposal document of a Financial Advisor to be submitted to a leading Independent Water Project Company. In her second project, she got a chance to analyze the preparation of draft financial model, benchmarking, and sensitivity analysis of equity IRR in an Independent Solar project and overcame challenges posed due to the current pandemic situation. Prior to her current role, Sohini has worked with Tata Steel and Pucho Technology Information. At Tata Steel, she worked on a Corporate Live Project - Marketing, where she analyzed the supplier and dealer side of the West Bengal region with 5 years of sales data. At Pucho Technology Information, she worked on a Corporate Project - Business Development, where she was part of a team that coherently understood the requirements of the business and dealt with the developer team to articulate them into reality. Sohini is a Speaker, Traveler, and Blog Writer in her free time. She has completed her Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Management and her Higher Secondary in Science from Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mission Vidyabhawan, Barrackpore. With 5.44 years of relevant experience and a strong tech stack, Sohini is a driven professional with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to make a difference in the world of management.
