Somaraju Kaki is a highly experienced 5G-SA Solution Architect with over 20 years of experience in the Telecom core network industry. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in 5G-SA (SMF, UPF, PCF), Cloud-native/Kubernetes, GeoRedundancy, 5G-NSA, 4G(MME, PGW), TWAG, and 2G. Somaraju has played a significant role in the launch of 5G-SA at one of the Tier-1 SP in the USA. He has a passion for taking up challenges at work and enjoys working in a start-up environment. Somaraju has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the industry. He has received several awards and recognitions, including being a semi-finalist in Cisco Worldwide event IEC-5 (Innovation Everywhere Challenge) in 2020. He has also received several Connected Recognitions from Cisco and multiple CAP Awards from CISCO in Sep-2011, May-2013 & Dec-2013.
