Somnath Dutta is an experienced E-learning Professional, Instructional Designer, and LMS Administration/Consultant with over 21 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as an IT Content Developer / Instructional Designer at Oceaneering, where he is responsible for managing and administering the IT Training Development systems in place for creating training modules for IT Desktop software. He is also responsible for developing training curriculum and managing the finalization of training material for software rollouts and upgrades. Somnath has extensive experience in project management, training program development, leadership, and communication skills, curriculum design, superior facilitation/presentation skills, adult learning principles, instructional design (i.e., classroom, virtual training, e-Learning, support materials), learning assessments, and evaluation.
