Somya Mahajan is a software engineer with a passion for data structures and web development. She is currently working as a Lead Engineer at Wabtec Corporation and previously worked as a Software Engineer Intern at both Wabtec Corporation and Optum (UHG). Somya is an enthusiastic web developer and has created several websites including her personal website and a webpage for all her blogs. She is also an active blogger and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with others. Prior to her current role, Somya worked as a Community Member and Mentee at Web Dev-Design and as a Software Project Lead at GirlsCode. These experiences have given her a diverse range of skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Somya is currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women. She also completed her high school education from Brahma Shakti Public School and secondary school education from Christ the King Convent School. With 4.45 years of relevant experience in the industry, Somya has developed a strong technical skillset that includes software engineering, senior software engineering, and web development.
