Somya's passion for coding started when she wrote her first "HELLO WORLD" program. She enjoys debugging problems and believes that problem-solving helps to enhance analytical skills. In her spare time, Somya likes to solve puzzles, read books/blogs, and listen to music. She also believes that everyone is unique in their own potential, but most of them are not aware of it. Professionally, Somya is a full-stack developer with expertise in JAVA, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Python, AngularJS, Apache Solr, REST webservices, MYSQL, ORACLE, PLSQL, Shell Scripting, DB Version Controlling tools like Flyway/Liquibase, HTML, and JavaScript. She is a quick learner, perfectionist, altruistic, and creative. Somya loves to spend her time solving DS algorithms and problem statements, which keeps her motivated and focused. Currently, Somya is working as a Software Development Engineer at JP Morgan. Prior to this, she has worked as a Software Developer at TUI and JDA Software. Somya holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management, and a High School degree from D.A.V Public School.
