Sonal Bagla is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in hiring top-notch talent across various domains. She is currently working as a Manager of Talent Acquisition for Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting. In this role, Sonal collaborates with practice leadership to assess recruitment needs, develop strategies, and implement workplans to meet the needs of different practice areas.
