Sonal Garg is a responsible and committed software engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in defining requirements, implementing, testing, and delivering multiple ISO 26262 work products. She is currently working as a Quality Analyst at Citi. Sonal is a quick learner and a passionate data enthusiast. Over the last couple of years, she has deep-dived into understanding and analyzing data, and the enormous scope of it all never ceases to amaze her. She has acquired skills on how to assess, clean, and analyze data. She is proficient in data wrangling, exploring data, carrying out statistical tests like A/B tests, regression, etc., data visualization, and subsequently finding deep insights and hidden deductions or predicting future trends. Storytelling through Tableau is her most favorite learning this past year. For this purpose, Sonal has learned languages like Python, R, and caught a basic hold of machine learning and deep learning using PyTorch. She has completed a nano degree from Udacity in Data Foundations and earned a scholarship from Bertelsmann for Data Analyst Nano degree. In her past role as Technical Analyst at TCS, Sonal led a team of 6 in testing software for ESB (Electro Servo Brake) ECU and VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) ECU. She executed requirement analysis, effort estimation, unit design documentation & implementation, architecture design specification in accordance with ISO26262. Additionally, she handled project management-related work across various projects. Sonal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. She has also completed Data Science Foundations Nanodegree and Data Analyst for Enterprise Nanodegree from Udacity. Sonal's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Testing, Deep Learning, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and PyTorch. She is a learning enthusiast who is always looking to expand her knowledge and skill set.
