Sonal Maurya is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for open source technologies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BBD Northern India Institute of Technology, she is a Google DSC Lead for 2022 and a GWOC'21 participant. With a strong interest in technology, Sonal has actively participated in various tech events and programs, including being a Script Fellow in 2021 and a Campus Ambassador at E-Cell, IIT Bombay. As the Google DSC Lead of BBDNIIT for 2022-23, Sonal is responsible for leading the team and organizing various events and workshops related to Google technologies. She is also a United Nations Volunteer and has previously worked as an Engineering Fellow for the Script Fellowship Program, where she worked on the project Karo verify for three months. Sonal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from BBDNIIT, where she is expected to graduate in 2024. She also completed her Class 12th education from Sunbeam School Mau and her schooling from New Central Academy Belthra Road. With 0.36 years of relevant experience, Sonal is a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of various technologies.
