Sonali Goel is a skilled and visionary HR professional with over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and development. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in HR and Finance from Amity University, where she was awarded a gold medal. Currently, she works as a Sales & HR Manager at Frankart Global, where she has helped scale the company from 2 employees to a team of 16+. Prior to her current role, Sonali worked as a Senior TA Specialist at Scalability Engineers, where she single-handedly grew the team from 15 members to 110 within 10 months. She has also worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Senior Associate Level-2 in talent acquisition at confidential companies, where she was responsible for devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, creating job descriptions and interview questions, and identifying the most suitable talent from available candidates. Sonali is passionate about communication, public speaking, and human resource development. She is a content creator, writer, poet, and digital creator, and has a YouTube channel named Sonali Sharma where she shares her travel journey's and daily vlogs. In her current role, Sonali handles talent hiring and has input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals. She devises and implements sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, creates and implements end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience, and forms close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations. Sonali is also responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify needs in different areas and departments, determining selection criteria for candidates, and assessing candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios, and references. Sonali is a learner with good communication and interpersonal skills, and she has a special place for animals. She manages health and life insurance programs, oversees the hiring process, and ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed. She also manages the birthday and anniversaries of the team members and configures the email address for new joinees and other post-joining formalities like welcome email and joining kit.
