Sonalisa Behera is a seasoned Test Lead with over 9 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Software Testing. Currently working at Accolite, Sonalisa has been instrumental in leading the QA team to deliver high-quality software products. Her expertise lies in the areas of QA, Test, SDET, and Software Engineering. Sonalisa began her career at Accolite as a Software Engineer, where she was responsible for creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the overall quality of the software. Her excellent work ethic and attention to detail led her to be promoted to Senior Test Engineer, where she supervised the testing process and provided guidance to junior team members. In her current role as QA Lead, Sonalisa has been responsible for managing the entire QA process, including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking. She has also been involved in the development of automation frameworks and has implemented best practices to improve the overall efficiency of the QA process. Sonalisa holds a B-Tech degree in Computer Science from Trident Academy of Technology, where she graduated with a GPA of 8.23. She also has a background in Science, having completed her pre-university studies at Jupiter Science College. With her strong technical skills and extensive experience in software testing, Sonalisa is a valuable asset to any organization.
