She progressed from being a Support Engineer to a Senior Subject Matter Expert. Sonam brings a customer-centric mindset that enables a firm to grow and innovate. She created new processes and evolved existing processes to increase agility and predictability within the team. She maintained regular communication with the team and key stakeholders to provide hiring project status. Sonam holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
