Prior to this, she worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Muvi for two years. Sonani's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Sambalpur University, which she is set to complete in December 2022. She also holds an Intermediate degree in General Science from the Institute of Higher Secondary Education, as well as a Matriculate degree in General from Saraswati Vidya Mandir.
