Sony Joseph is a seasoned product strategist and management professional with over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently serving as the VP of Products at Activision Blizzard Media, where he leads global product management, product marketing, design, and data & analytics functions across multiple locations around the globe. In his current role, Sony is responsible for powering in-game advertising and monetization for the company's 350M+ global player base across the Activision, Blizzard, and King game portfolio titles. Prior to his current position, Sony co-founded and served as the CEO of Kalhatti, a fintech company that focused on enabling cross-border fractional investments in any global asset in a super simple, seamless, and trusted manner. He also served as the VP of Data Products at FreeWheel, where he was responsible for data products and teams across insights, targeting, and optimization of ad inventory and placements. Sony is also a co-inventor of the patent to share data and insights in a decentralized manner using blockchain constructs, which formed the basis for Blockgraph, a spin-off Comcast. Sony holds an MBA from the London Business School, a graduate certificate in Data Mining and Applications from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
