Sophia Randhawa is a seasoned product manager with over 15 years of relevant experience, currently serving as the Head of Product for Personal Loans at Credit Karma. In this role, Sophia is responsible for leading the second-largest revenue product for the company, with a focus on differentiating Credit Karma and providing the most member-friendly loan in the industry. She is accountable for YOY revenue growth through new customer acquisition and cross-functional influence partnering with marketing and business development to create exclusivity for loans offered on Credit Karma. Sophia is also responsible for hiring and developing a PM team. Prior to her current role, Sophia worked as a Product Lead at Opendoor.com, where she focused on driving customer acquisition through launching new products and scaling to all markets. Sophia also served as Director of Product Management at Walmart, where she focused on driving membership renewals. She managed a team of five product managers driving revenue growth and membership renewals and led ‘order online, pick up in-store’ and business delivery products managing online and in-store experience. Sophia grew pickup by 40%, hitting the first $1B in revenue. Sophia holds a B.Tech in Engineering from IIT and a Masters in Quantitative and Computational Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her tech stack includes product management.
