Soubhik Kumar Dey is a driven and creative Cyber Security Analyst, Penetration Tester, and Ethical Hacker with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is a semi-finalist at IT Olympiad 2016 and a Certified Cyber Security Expert & Ethical Hacker. He is currently working as a Cyber Security Analyst & Penetration Tester at tech defence private limited. Soubhik has experience in penetration testing on LIVE Web applications and software, including popular websites. He is proficient in Web Application Penetration Testing (WAPT) and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT). He is familiar with Metasploit, Backtrack, Kali Linux, Wireless Security, Reverse Engineering, OWASP Top 10, and SANS Top 25. In addition to his current role, Soubhik has worked as a part-time associate teacher on the subjects of C, C++, Java, and Discrete Mathematics at a renowned Computer Centre, KIDS EDUCATOR, at Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal. He has also worked as a Big Data Analyst Trainee at the Institute of Engineering & Management, Saltlake, where he gained experience with Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, and Python. Soubhik holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Management. He completed his High School from Army Public School and his SCIENCE with Computer as Elective from Don Bosco.
