Sougat Mishra is a highly experienced Lean-Agile Transformation Coach with over 13 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. He also led the Business Analyst team, where he was responsible for business strategy and value-driven roadmap, business process re-engineering, customer problem-solving, systems, and design thinking, and innovations for advanced engineering solutions. Sougat has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University and an Undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. He is well-versed in product management, CI/CD, DevOps, and integration, and has a deep understanding of user experience (UX), requirement elicitation, problem-solving, and preventive leadership.
