Sougatam Das is an EDA Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, currently based in India. He pursued his Master of Technology in Signal Processing and Communication from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Jammu between 2020 and 2022. With a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, he has a strong foundation in the field of engineering. Sougatam has a keen interest in the field of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) and has been associated with Intel Corporation for over a year. He started as a Graduate Technical Intern and is now a Software Engineer. During his tenure, he has developed automated ways of improving synthesis of RTL based designs in Quartus Synthesis, debugged and fixed the Simulation & Synthesis failures in various RTL based designs, created regtests for verifying functional equivalence between the RTL & Synthesized Netlist, and supported synthesis of non-synthesizable constructs in Quartus. Apart from his professional experience, Sougatam has also served as a Training and Placement Coordinator at the Training and Placement Cell, IIT Jammu. This role has helped him develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sougatam's technical expertise lies in software engineering, and he is proficient in the relevant technologies. He is constantly updating himself with the latest trends and developments in his field. With a relevant experience of 0.43 years, Sougatam is a skilled professional who is eager to take up new challenges and contribute to the growth of the organization he works for.
