Soumita Samaddar is a Lead Consultant GCM Level 4 at Atos Syntel with over 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. She completed her B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and has been working as a Servicenow developer in ATOS for the past 4.3 years. Soumita has extensive experience in different modules of Servicenow and is currently working for a leading US-based client. She is a Certified Servicenow System Administrator along with certified ITSM Developer, Virtual agent, Agent Intelligence, and Performance Analytics. Soumita has implemented modules like Incident management, Change management, Service Catalog, and Automated test framework with extensive script building- Script Include, Business Rules, Client Scripts. Soumita has strong implementation skills developed over the years working on the project. She has also been working on HR module and CSM module with integrations related to ITSM module. Currently, she is working on ITAM modules including service catalogs and workflows incorporating REST API calls and thus streamlining the overall business. Soumita has worked in different roles in Atos, including Associate Consultant GCM Level 3. She has also worked as an Infra Developer in Cognizant. Soumita completed her Higher Secondary education from National High School for Girls and her B.Tech from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science & Technology (SVIST).
