Currently, he is working at FinGoal, a company that provides tools for Banks, Credit Unions, and FinTech developers that help analyze consumer credit and debit card transactions to Find Money in their existing transactions. With almost five years of experience in the industry, Soumodip has become an expert in Software Engineering, NodeJS, Frontend, Backend, and VueJS. Before joining FinGoal, Soumodip founded Digibyto, a company that builds technologies around Video Tech & Ed Tech. The company has been funded by Comcast and Boomtown Accelerators. At Digibyto, Soumodip developed a wide range of tools, including enabling journalists to create videos and students to code with ease. Soumodip's experience also includes working as a Full Stack Developer at Indee.tv. During his tenure, he developed a Windows & Mac App that prevents screen grabbing and protects video from being downloaded even in offline mode. He also developed a lot of internal apps (Frontend + Backend) on Vue and NodeJS. Soumodip holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His education has helped him develop a unique perspective on design and architecture, which he applies to his work as a software engineer.
