Currently working as a Workforce Management Analyst at Conduent, Soumya has previously worked as a Regional Manager for Planning and Scheduling at G4S, where she managed a workforce team strength of 19 professionals across 11 branches, scheduling for approximately 17000+ staff across Delhi HUB (Delhi-UP-MP). Apart from her corporate experience, Soumya has also worked as a freelance trainer, where she started her Learning & EdTech Center where curriculum-based courses for college/school levels & software/programming courses for professionals were taught. She has experience in teaching differentiated curriculum to various groups of children, online courses focused on developing overall learning capabilities on Mnemonics/Speed Reading/Memory Enhancement Techniques, and weekend courses on programming & coding in C++/Python.
