Soumya Gayen is a versatile software developer with a keen interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Soumya has a sound knowledge of the practical usage of Machine Learning libraries, and has worked extensively on multiple data science projects. Currently working as a Software Developer at Teachmint, Soumya is responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of the platform. Prior to joining Teachmint, Soumya worked as a Software Engineer at EFI, where she worked on specialized OEM modules for performance printing solutions. She also worked as a Software Developer at Smartcoin, where she gained experience in full-stack development on web and mobile platforms, with a focus on efficiency and performance. Soumya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. During her time at IIT, she gained expertise in various technologies such as dotNET, ASP.NET, and Word2Vec.
