Soumya Sen is a Senior MTS at Siemens EDA (formerly Mentor Graphics) with a good understanding of data-structure and algorithms. He is a quick learner and open to learning and working on any technology. With 3.11 years of relevant experience, Soumya is a skilled Software Engineer and Research Scientist with expertise in Python. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Motorola, Soumya has previously worked as a Software Engineer 1 at the same company. He has also worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he developed different systems using different approaches like shortest distances, first come first serve, removal of drivers and riders, etc. in Python to optimize the fleet size of ride-sourcing services in urban environments. Soumya completed his B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur in 2020. He also holds a 12th-grade degree in Science from Bankura Zilla School and a 10th-grade degree from the same school. With his skills and expertise, Soumya is looking forward to implementing and polishing them in any opportunity he receives.
