Soumyadip Saha is an expert C programmer with intermediate skills in Rust programming. He is highly knowledgeable in low-level systems concepts such as threading, signals, memory and process management, and IPC. Additionally, he has a strong understanding of virtualization concepts with the Linux kernel, including namespaces and cgroups. Currently, Soumyadip is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he is involved in adding new features to the Oracle RDBMS product. Prior to this, he worked at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer, contributing to the development of fibre channel device drivers to support HBAs in Spectrum Virtualize. He also worked as an Associate Software Engineer at IBM. Soumyadip holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, which he completed in 2017. He has almost 8 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, including positions as both a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer.
