Sourab Tk is an experienced engineer with a passion for all things eBPF. Currently working at Flipkart as an Engineer, he specializes in next-gen high-performance networking, system tracing, and low-overhead monitoring. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in backend development, DevOps, system performance, and Linux systems. Prior to his current role, Sourab worked at Red Hat as a Software Engineer - Research, where he gained extensive experience in BPF, XDP, kernel networking, and tracing. He has also contributed to bpftrace and pbench, two open-source projects that are widely used in the industry. During his time as a Software Engineer Intern at Red Hat, Sourab worked on Redhat Satellite perf and scale, Puppet 5 performance, and alternative memory allocator analysis. Sourab holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where he graduated in 2018. He also completed his 12th grade in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya Tagore Garden. In addition to his technical expertise, Sourab is skilled in Python, Django, Ansible, Docker, containers, Javascript, AWS, Azure, GCP, Puppet, Terraform, MSSQL, Flask, and Postgres. He is a research scientist with a strong focus on open source projects and is always eager to learn about new technologies and tools.
