Sourabh Bagrecha is a software engineer at Postman with a passion for building modern applications using JavaScript. He is an open-source enthusiast and has been contributing to various NPOs and developer tools. Sourabh has a relevant experience of 2.20 years and is proficient with the JavaScript ecosystem and AWS cloud. He is currently learning Go Lang. Sourabh has secured the first position at two hackathons hosted by E-cell, IIT Bombay, 2020, and Ambiora, NMIMS, 2019, with a cash prize of INR 50k and 30k, respectively. He enjoys the journey of building full-stack web/mobile apps from concept to reality using MongoDB, Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, and React Native for the last two years. Sourabh has worked as a software engineering intern and business analyst intern at Springworks. He has analyzed key performance indicators and created optimized aggregation pipelines for MongoDB databases. He has also optimized the complete ETL process for data analysis and accomplished near-zero latency. Additionally, he has created growth hacking workflows using AWS Lambda and Pipedrive(CRM tool), implemented APIs using Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js, and integrated order checkout and payments on a web portal that manages background verification requests. He has used AWS cloud services for deployments and integrations. Sourabh has completed his MBA Tech(BTech + MBA Tech Integrated) in Computer Science from NMIMS in 2021. He completed his high school education in Mathematics and Science from MDS Senior Secondary School in 2016 and primary school education in CBSE from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2014. Sourabh's tech stack includes Software Engineering, MongoDB, Javascript, React Native, NoSQL, AWS, Web, Mobile, and ETL. He enjoys extracting insights from MongoDB using aggregation pipelines. He has also published an article on escaping the tutorial hell on Medium with more than 1400 claps so far. Sourabh is currently working at MongoDB, where he is building MongoDB university and helping learners make the best use of MongoDB.
