Sourabh Bajaj is a highly skilled and experienced senior software engineer with over 9 years of experience in the tech industry. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of CoRise, a pioneering online learning platform that aims to upskill the world's workforce and unlock every learner's potential. Sourabh is passionate about breaking down the barriers that hold people back from mastering high-demand skills and is committed to using technology to create an effective, motivating, and fun learning experience. Before founding CoRise, Sourabh worked as an Engineering Lead at Neeva, a Sequoia and Greylock funded startup that is building the world's first ad-free, private search engine. At Neeva, he was responsible for personalization, platform engineering, and university hiring, sourcing, career fairs, planning, among other things. Prior to Neeva, Sourabh worked as a Tech Lead at Google, where he led the TPU API team for using the TPU with Tensorflow and supporting various new APIs such as Keras and Distribution Strategy. He also designed multi-language support in Apache Beam to enable writing data pipelines in the user's language of choice regardless of the underlying data processing engine. Sourabh holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He also completed his AISSCE from Sardar Patel Vidyalaya. Sourabh has expertise in Kubernetes, ML, Search, Keras, Tensorflow, and is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer.
