Sourabh Gandhe is an experienced engineering leader with a passion for building scalable systems and new products. With over 17 years of relevant experience, he has worked with various product startups such as Trendrr, Twitter, Mezi, and Pubmatic. Currently, he serves as the VP of Engineering and MD India at Deepintent, a healthtech company, where he has built up products and teams from the ground up. Sourabh is proficient in Java, Javascript, React, Golang, Docker, and other technologies. He loves to play with new technologies and architecture of web apps. He enjoys building high-frequency, concurrent servers and tinkering with orchestration using Kubernetes. As the VP of Engineering at Deepintent, he is responsible for architecting highly performant and scalable new products and tech stack from the ground up. He also manages career growth and day-to-day operations for Platform, Data, QA Engineering, and PMO functions to set up processes. Sourabh has successfully scaled the Deepintent engineering team from 0 to 70 and set up the India office. He is well adept in setting up engineering centers and scaling them. He is a regular Committer at Prebid.JS and Prebid Server. When not doing all this, he thinks of new products and creates MVPs for them. As the Co-Founder of Social Weaver Pte Ltd., Sourabh has scaled the engineering team from 0 to 30 and set up processes for Engineering and Design Teams. He has acted as a PM for multiple projects and successfully delivered multiple projects. He is responsible for the architecture of the Marketplace for publishers and Planner and implementation of Prebid.js adapter and Adtag. He has worked hands-on as a Fullstack developer on various projects with adaptability to many technologies such as Java, Javascript, Golang, React, etc. Sourabh has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Binghamton University, State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pune (Sinhgad College of Engineering). He has a diverse tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, Javascript, Java, AngularJS, Web, QA, Product Manager, Docker, Kubernetes, Big Data, UI, Spring, MySQL, MongoDB, Software Engineer, Research Scientist, PHP, SQL, Mobile, Integration, Frontend, and Golang.
