Sourabh Raheja is an accomplished Engineering and Product leader with 17 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise software solutions and mobile applications. He currently serves as the Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where he leads cross-functional teams to drive non-linear growth for the organization and build products that people love. Sourabh is highly skilled in building strong, successful cross-functional teams and coaching and mentoring individuals along with their career paths.
