Sourabh Singh is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer with a passion for software development and cloud solutions. He is currently working as a Software Architect at Crossover for Work, where he is responsible for redesigning, rebuilding, and refactoring essential B2B products before redeploying them as cloud-native applications. With a focus on feature development, API development, and performance improvements, Sourabh ensures a clear-cut handoff between the Architecture and Engineering teams. He served as the single source of truth for Engineering to implement a release, outlining all-important architectural design decisions for a set of clearly defined Functional and Non-Functional requirements. Sourabh has also worked as a Software Developer Team Lead and Software Tester at Crossover for Work. As a Team Lead, he designed a roadmap for each sprint and delivered an average of 99% productivity and 97.8% quality. He also reviewed pull requests from his team members to ensure that all code changes reflect super-high quality standards. As a Tester, he created end-to-end test plans for 25+ enterprise products and presented detailed reports to engineering teams, enabling the rapid creation and weekly release of high-quality software product and features. Sourabh is upskilling in WEB3, software development, and cloud solutions. He is also interested in experimental and quantum physics and dreams of winging a Sukhoi Su-30MKI one day. Sourabh holds a Micro Masters degree in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. He also completed his Senior Secondary Studies from Ryan International School, Panvel, and Higher Studies from DAV Public School, New Panvel.
