Sourabh is an effective and innovative product leader with over 22 years of relevant experience in leading high-impact product development initiatives. He is driven by the challenge and reward of developing innovative products while contributing to the success of startup ventures. Currently, Sourabh is the Co-Founder, CTO, and CPO of Sukhi, a company that solves corporate challenges in delivering effective and necessary wellness programs for its employees. Sukhi provides continuous insights that solve key wellness and diversity objectives aimed at building corporate value. For employees, Sukhi delivers ongoing, customized programs and content based on proprietary algorithms. For wellness providers, Sukhi provides a platform for diverse wellness experts to deliver live and on-demand content to well-matched corporate audiences. Prior to Sukhi, Sourabh served as the Vice President of Product Management at Labsprint, where he directed all product strategy, product development, user experience, and marketing/communications. He collaborated with engineering and IT teams to establish multi-year product roadmaps and product release plans. He also engaged with cross-discipline teams and executives to build web and mobile solutions utilizing customer-centric design methodologies and journey mapping. Before that, he worked as the Director of Product Management at Edifecs, where he directed the product management, engineering, and user experience for HIPAA compliance/testing related digital platforms for use by health insurance companies. He spearheaded the successful launch of four SaaS products in less than 24 months and oversaw the performance of a cross-functional team and the administration of a $15M+ budget. Sourabh holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business, and a B.Tech in AE from IIT Kanpur. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his primary education. Sourabh has expertise in a variety of tech stacks, including senior software engineering, product management, mobile, Android, web, Scikit, test, Python, ML, research scientist, Pandas, backend, and software engineering. He is passionate about developing innovative products that solve real-world problems and drive business growth.
