He is currently working as a Channel Account Manager at Rockwell Automation, where he is responsible for driving business growth in the Tamil Nadu region. In this role, he leads and motivates a team of Distributor Sales Engineers and coordinates with stakeholders to provide the best product and solution offerings to customers. He also conducts marketing activities to enhance Rockwell Automation's brand awareness in the region. Souradip has a strong educational background, having completed his Post Graduate Program in Management from the prestigious Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, where he specialized in Marketing and Strategy. During his time at MDI, he held various leadership positions and won multiple prestigious competitions, including Mahindra Warroom, Flipkart Wired, and SPJIMR Finding Neo: The Next CEO. Prior to his management studies, Souradip worked at TATA Consultancy Services Ltd., where he had multiple responsibilities, including that of a Project Facilitator and Core Member of the business unit's CSR team.
