Sourav Bansal is a highly skilled Computer Science Undergrad currently working as a Chatbot Developer at flexiele. With almost 3 years of relevant experience, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Nokia, Bidgely, and Quadeye. At his current role, Sourav has evaluated different chatbot engines and developed an AI-based conversational agent based on RASA framework. He has designed a robust architecture achieving multi-tenancy in conversations and worked with his team to integrate the working bot application with a database and deploy it on an AWS EC2 instance. Prior to his current role, Sourav worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Nokia where he designed a three-layered bio-metric authentication system for office robots. He implemented real-time face recognition and verification modules based on FaceNet architecture and added voice command utility for the robotic navigation system. He also rendered the graphical UI interface using Qt library. Sourav's expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is evident from his work as a Natural Language Processing Engineer at AINS Peopletech. Here he developed a robust Resume Parser using various ML/NLP techniques that extracted details from a variety of formats and rendered them into a predefined format. He also implemented an intelligent resume ranking algorithm using sentence embedders that ranked CVs based on the provided job description. Sourav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which he is expected to complete in 2023. He also completed his High School education from Little Flower Convent School, Sangrur. Sourav's technical expertise includes AWS, AI, FaceNet, Software Engineering, NLP, UI, and ML. He is a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to constantly learn and grow.
