Sourav Jha is a software engineer turned product specialist with a passion for technological innovation and integration in our daily lives. He is currently working as a Senior Product Specialist at HashedIn by Deloitte, where he is responsible for solving customer problems with innovation and empathy while applying his technical knowledge and engineer's perspective. Sourav is pursuing an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, to gain a holistic view of business processes and a wholesome perspective of a problem from a customer's viewpoint. He believes that this will help him in solving customer problems more effectively. Sourav has 3.77 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering and product management. He has previously worked as a Product Management Intern at People Interactive, where he created a strategy for increasing the ARPO, leading to revenue growth by 8% monthly. He also developed and initiated a Rewards & Recognition program, which increased order growth by 7%. In addition, Sourav has served as the External Relations and Corporate Connect Head at the Beta Gamma Sigma Committee, IMT-Ghaziabad. He has also completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Narula Institute of Technology and his AISSCE and AISSE from BRL DAV Public School, Bhandaridah. Sourav's technical skills include software engineering, integration, and product management.
