Sourav Nandi is an experienced professional with a strong background in Statistics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. He is currently a member of the founding team at dezerv, where he is leading the original content efforts. Before joining dezerv, Sourav worked at Morgan Stanley as a Risk Management Quant, where he focused on model risk and gained exposure to a wide variety of products in Wealth Management and Institutional Securities Group. He was awarded the Annual Spot Award twice for his contributions as part of the Review Team working on CCAR Submission and Automation Tool Development. Prior to that, he worked at SymphonyAI as a Statistician, where he built AI products related to Oncology and co-authored an ASCO publication. Sourav has completed over 40 MOOCs by EdX, Coursera, etc. and has a strong tech stack, including AI, ML, Python, NLP, Computer Vision, SQL, Jupyter, Docker, TensorFlow, and Neural Networks. He is also a Research Scientist with expertise in Random Forest and Deep Learning. He has a relevant experience of 3.95 years. Sourav's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a Badge Class in Global Business from Wichita State University, a B.Sc. in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Science from Calcutta University, Kolkata. He has also attended Parulia K K High School. Sourav is an achiever and has been AIR 1 (All India Rank, General Category) in PG Admission test 2017 of Delhi University, AIR 5 in IITJAM 17 (Eligible to join IITB), and 10th in HS 2014, felicitated by CM, West Bengal.
