Sourav is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for helping fellow entrepreneurs achieve their digital growth goals. He co-founded Brainium Information Technologies in 2009, which provides end-to-end solutions in the digital ecosystem. He is also the co-founder and Chief Implementor of Health Partners India, a business idea that took shape in 2006, and is currently working on developing the system and tying up with doctors and health providers in Kolkata. Sourav is an accidental salesman who loves his job in sales and nothing gives him more pleasure than helping people who are struggling in getting a foothold on Sales. He has built his career by writing cold emails and is an expert in cold emailing techniques. Writing is Sourav's passion, and he writes regularly on LinkedIn and his personal blog covering topics on leadership, team management, investments, sales & marketing, and communication. He has also authored two books, "The 12th Man" on cricket and "The Diamond Way" on B2B sales, both available on Amazon and Flipkart. Sourav has a strong background in operations, marketing, sales, customer service, HR, and finance. He has served as the Chief Operations Officer at Renaissance Software Technologies, where he looked after daily optimization of various operations in the company. He also co-founded High Position India, a full-service digital marketing agency providing SEO, SEM, PPC & SMM services, and currently serving more than 100 clients as of July 2013. Sourav is an ardent sports fan, and his favorite sports teams are Manchester United (Football), Ferrari (F1), Kolkata Knight Riders (Cricket), and Mohun Bagan (Indian Football). He holds a BE degree in Electronics from Bangalore University and completed his schooling from Burnpur Riverside School and St. Vincent's High & Technical School. Sourav has a strong tech stack, including JavaScript, SQL, UI, Software Engineer, Java, Android, test, Redux, Frontend, Python, dotNET, QA, ASP.NET, Mobile, and Web.
