Sourav Tathgur is a highly skilled software engineer with over six years of experience in product development, designing and developing scalable and distributed systems from scratch. He currently works as a Software Engineer at Jio, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for the organization. Sourav has an excellent troubleshooting skillset, with strong CS fundamentals in data structures and algorithms. He is a proactive problem solver who is always looking for innovative ways to improve the performance and efficiency of his projects. Prior to Jio, Sourav worked as a Software Engineer at MakeMyTrip and as an Associate Software Engineer at PeopleStrong. During his tenure at these companies, he gained valuable experience in software development and honed his skills in Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spring, Microservices, Backend, QA, Redis, Search, UI, and Web technologies. Sourav holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar. He graduated in 2017 and has been actively pursuing his passion for software engineering ever since.
