He has led the Workday Practice in India since January 2016 and has successfully grown and groomed the team into a cohesive consulting unit that has made its mark across the globe. Prior to his current role, Souvik has proven expertise in Global HCM, Talent Management, Compensation management, recruitment, program and team management. He continues to play an active role in consulting as an SME with strong commitments to meet business challenges with innovative IT solutions. Souvik has partnered with clients to understand business problems and deliver results in the form of tangible IT solutions which has significantly improved business results. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the University of Kalyani.
