He set up automated targeted marketing journeys and nurture tracks, landing pages, and tracking tools, created compelling direct-to-customer email content using image editing tools such as Canva and Gimp, and coordinated with multiple stakeholders present across the company verticals to ideate and execute client deliverables, which included Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning implementations. Souvik has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from IIFT, a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology.
