Souvik Kundu is a seasoned Salesforce Application Developer with over 7 years of experience in the CRM and Integration Implementation space. He is currently working as an Application Development Senior Analyst (Salesforce Lightning) at Accenture, where he is responsible for developing and modifying Process Builders, Approval Processes, Lightning Flows, Apex Classes/Triggers/Controllers, Aura Components, LWCs, writing SOQL/SOSL Queries in Workbench, and performing System Integrations, among other things. Souvik is a 19x Salesforce (Salesforce, Vlocity, Heroku) professional and a 6x Salesforce DevOps (Copado & Flosum) expert. He is also a 1x MuleSoft and 2x Trailhead Ranger certified professional. Souvik has a strong technical background in the Salesforce ecosystem and is always looking to learn and grow. He is passionate about bringing value to the projects and clients that he serves and strives towards the growth of the organization that he is a part of. Before joining Accenture, Souvik worked as a Sr. Salesforce Developer at Cognizant, where he was responsible for analyzing the BRD shared by BA in JIRA portal and raising questions if there were any doubts. He developed the code and scripts as needed and performed unit testing, and provided proper documentation, including Detailed Design Document, Unit Test Case Document, and Requirement Traceability Matrix. Souvik also worked as a Technical Intern (Summer Internship) at RS Software, where he designed and built an android app using Eclipse ADT as front end and MySQL database as back-end. Souvik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Engineering and Management. He also completed his High School education in Science from Shibpur B. E.
