Sovit Kumar is a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer with a passion for technology and a demonstrated history of working in the supply chain and events services industries. With almost 13 years of relevant experience, Sovit has developed expertise in a wide range of technologies including CakePHP, Yii, Laravel, WordPress, ReactJs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SpringBoot, AWS, Git, Jira, and Web Project Management. Currently working at Moglix, Sovit has been responsible for creating APIs to connect microservices for the internal platform, developing customer return flow for enterprise business, and solving and developing internal stock transfer for enterprise business. In addition, Sovit has also created APIs for runner mobile applications and supplier platforms. Prior to joining Moglix, Sovit worked as a Technical Lead at Venuelook where he worked across the depth and breadth of the product to improve SEO, page speed, API response time, and exception handling. He was also responsible for implementing development flow, ElasticSearch, and Agile workflows, migration to cloud, and setting up the overall infrastructure in AWS. As a Senior Developer at Venuelook, Sovit integrated third-party apps like PhonePe and Payu and developed web applications/CRM from scratch for business, sales, and customer care teams to manage their end-to-end operations. Sovit holds a Master's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and a certificate in Data Science Foundation from INSAID.
