Sowrirajan Padmanabhan is a Cybersecurity professional with over 13 years of experience in designing and delivering secure solutions for large-scale telecommunication networks and cloud applications. He is currently serving as the Senior Product Manager for Security at Salesforce, where he manages PKI solutions for all Salesforce clouds and provides the framework for Zero Trust service architecture. Sowrirajan has been recognized as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff by Bell Labs, and his expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Management has helped him take products from concept through deployment until they achieve customer adoption at scale. In his current role at Salesforce, Sowrirajan is responsible for delivering the transition of PKI services to Hyperforce, which is Salesforce running on Public Cloud Infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. He has also delivered significant cost benefits savings by transitioning the PKI of homegrown and acquired products from multiple 3rd party solutions to a single scalable organization-level solution. Sowrirajan has a rich work history, having served as a YANG Advisor at Broadband Forum and as a Product Manager for Security and Privacy at Nokia. At Nokia, he developed, maintained, and delivered the security and privacy domain roadmap for all the Broadband access network products (ISAM and Lightspan) to top Telecommunication Service Providers across the world. He also defined the worldwide product roadmap for Security, QoS, and OAM domains of the broadband network products. Sowrirajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Manonmaiam Sundaranar University. He has a strong tech stack that includes product management, Salesforce, AWS, infra, Azure, GCP, and software engineering. With 2.85 years of relevant experience, Sowrirajan is a seasoned Cybersecurity professional who has built scalable solutions for Cybersecurity and Network Management.
