Prior to founding Hireclap, Sreejith was associated with Freshersworld.com, the number one job portal for fresher hiring in India. He started his career as a product manager, responsible for building key recruitment products such as online assessments and applicant tracking systems, and making them market-ready. At Hireclap, Sreejith has built a team that offers a range of services, including campus and off-campus hiring, job fairs, online assessments and video interviews, and lead generation marketing campaigns. The company has a strong network of recruitment communities and groups, and is well-connected with over 10,000 colleges in India. Hireclap has over 1 million active job seekers in its database, and has helped over 5,000 companies fulfill their entry-level/fresher hiring positions. Sreejith is excited about technology and digital transformation, and is constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve the recruitment process. He is a senior management program graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, with a specialization in digital strategy and business models. He also holds an MBA from the Amrita School of Business, with a dual specialization in IT systems and marketing management, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in electronics and communications engineering from the Amrita School of Engineering. Sreejith's tech stack includes product management, and he has relevant experience of 11.87 years. He is currently looking for sales leaders to join the Hireclap team.
