Sreenadh Narayanan is a problem solver who leverages deep tech to create solutions. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he has successfully tackled challenges across industries, functions, and geographies. Currently, Sreenadh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Friendly Brands Club, a network of digital-first consumer brands that work together to unlock new sales for the entire ecosystem. Backed by global talent investor and VC, Entrepreneur First, Friendly Brands Club is on a mission to revolutionize the way consumers shop online. Previously, Sreenadh served as a Founder-in-Residence at Entrepreneur First and as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Planning at Planet11 Ecommerce Solutions India. In his role at Planet11, he led the end-to-end process for launching a new consumer app, provided strategic guidance to the CEO, monitored company performance metrics, and managed investor relations. He spearheaded new business implementation efforts, led cross-functional efforts on corporate restructuring, and redesigned the organizational structure to align with company objectives and hiring for best-fit. Sreenadh also designed and established the reporting structure, providing all teams with one source of truth, tracked monthly target achievement, identified root causes behind variances, and benchmarked company performance metrics against industry standards. He was responsible for managing periodic reporting to investors and maintaining the Investor Relations Deck, pitching to potential investors. Sreenadh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the William E. Simon School of Business, where he specialized in Competitive & Organizational Strategy, Marketing, and Pricing. He also holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Anna University. Sreenadh is a Research Scientist and has a proven track record of solving complex problems using deep tech.
