Sreenivas HM is a seasoned software development professional with over 17 years of experience in leading first-of-its-kind products and time-critical product development for a wide range of products. He has a strong track record of collaborating with large multi-sited teams across global development centers. Currently, Sreenivas is the Section Manager at HP PPS INDIA OPERATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where he is responsible for the overall management of Open architecture-based products for printers. He leads UX, network, and application development for printers and is responsible for transitioning projects from partner sites and ramping up teams. Sreenivas is also responsible for people management, program management, customer management, B2B management, and quickly establishing new, big project teams with new technology ramp-up. Prior to his current role, Sreenivas was the General Manager at Samsung, where he was responsible for innovative printer/MFP product design, development, and execution. He was also the Head of Platform development and Head of B2B operations. Before that, Sreenivas was the Group Engineering Manager at Samsung India Software Operations, Bangalore, where he led Android-based app development, first for printers, and Open Platform development. He also worked on embedded systems and network components. Sreenivas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from UBDT, Davanagere, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He has a strong tech stack, including mobile, software engineering, product design, senior software engineering, and Android. Sreenivas has a relevant experience of 24.20 years and is known for his expertise in leading large teams and delivering complex projects within tight deadlines. He is a quick learner and adapts to new cultures and technologies with ease.
