Sreeram Gopalakrishna is a technology execution leader with over 18 years of experience, including 8 years in startups, working with tech, business, and sales teams. He has a strong background in e-commerce, fintech, travel tech, and telecom, and is focused on ensuring the highest quality product while upholding business objectives. Sreeram has hands-on experience in architecting agile QA and building world-class tech teams to improve quality in the entire company. He has experience leading a team of highly motivated and talented individuals that can collaborate with product owners, QA's, and software developers to build and deliver robust/scalable applications and frameworks. Sreeram is currently the Vice President of Delivery at Yubi, a fintech startup based in Chennai. He is responsible for managing engineering and customer delivery end-to-end for the startup, including managing 21 PODS on the tech team and 30+ customer integrations for all sprints. Sreeram is an experienced technology person who can suggest innovative solutions to business/process problems that leverage technology to provide differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences. He is also involved in the end-to-end engineering activities, driving time-pressured preparation of customer delivery, defining the implementation and design for the solution, presenting the proposed solution architecture to the customer, and the statements of work from the delivery perspective. Sreeram's past experience includes heading the delivery and quality engineering function at Pickyourtrail and Tiket.com, where he was responsible for end-to-end product delivery, providing world-class software quality, and managing a team of 100+ tech professionals. He has hands-on experience in test architecture, strategy, planning, release planning, test management, test ops, and end-to-end implementation. Sreeram is also a speaker and has spoken at various events on automation using open source, software testing, and life of QA. Sreeram has a Master's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Bharathiyar University. He has a tech stack that includes test, QA, web, data engineering, integration, mobile, AWS, Selenium, data scientist, product manager, Android, iOS, and CI/CD. Sreeram possesses strong interpersonal skills and strives to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, peers, and his team.
