Sreeram Kristipati is a highly experienced Managing Partner of Vihanga EmbedSoft, with over 25 years of experience in the field of Safety-Critical Embedded Software development and verification. He is an expert in providing cost-effective solutions for the development and verification of safety-critical embedded software, consultancy in human resource recruitment, and corporate training on safety-critical embedded software as per DO-178B/C, EN-50128, and ISO26262 guidelines. Sreeram has extensive expertise in embedded safety-critical software related to avionics meeting DO-178B/C guidelines, program management, software engineering, software development, and testing, and team development. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore. Currently, Sreeram is the Managing Partner of Vihanga EmbedSoft, where he provides end-to-end solutions in terms of software development and verification for services related to safety and mission-critical software domains such as commercial avionics, military systems, railway signaling, and automotive. In addition, he also provides recruitment and corporate training services with respect to these domains. Sreeram's past experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer of Vihanga EmbedSoft, where he performed skill-enhancement in the field of safety-critical embedded software domain, provided consultancy related to DO-178B/C projects, and provided trained resources on permanent/contract roles. He has also served as the Deputy General Manager - Projects at AK AeroTek Software Centre, where he was responsible for people and program management. Sreeram's technical stack includes software engineering and testing. He is passionate about providing tailored training to meet customer's project needs, as one training curricula will not fit for all.
