Sreyas S. is an Information Systems professional with a passion for data analytics and communication. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Sreyas has honed his skills in data analytics and visualization, making him a valuable asset to any organization. He is a Roberta M. Ma Scholar and has gained experience in ERP applications as an analyst. Sreyas believes that the best way to solve any problem is through data analysis and has built a comprehensive set of skills to analyze data and develop decisions. He is proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Tableau, as well as industry-specific tools like SAP ERP and Epicor ERP. Sreyas is also skilled in statistical tools such as regression, time forecasting, decision making under uncertainty, and classification. Apart from his technical skills, Sreyas is an excellent communicator and problem solver. He has worked as a consultant and has interacted with clients directly, helping them to solve issues within their operations or applications. His communication skills have enabled him to express himself freely and communicate solutions to stakeholders effectively. Currently, Sreyas is working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland. In the past, he has worked as a Supply Chain Analyst with the procurement and business services department of the University of Maryland and as a Summer Associate with EY, where he worked on future state IT strategy and corporate IT due diligence in sectors such as healthcare and fintech. Sreyas holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Odisha University of Technology and Research. He completed his high school education at Mother's Public School and Loyola School. Sreyas is proficient in SQL and Python and has 1.60 years of relevant experience.
