With over 5 years of relevant experience, Sri Deeksha has worked with top companies like TCS and Huawei in various roles. As a System Engineer at TCS, she was involved in resolving tickets using Progress 4GL queries, project management, developing process-related documents, and stakeholder interactions. She was also responsible for analyzing and resolving tasks, incidents, and problem tickets using Service Now Tool for various stakeholder requirements. Sri Deeksha was recognized for her contribution and awarded the “On the Spot Award” twice, and nominated for the “Lets Clap event”. At Huawei, Sri Deeksha worked as a Software Engineer and was responsible for developing Adaptor products to fulfill customer business requirements. She also worked on Huawei’s Digital Foundry clone using shell scripts to create modules like Adaptors, Session Initiation protocol component in the cloud.
